Looks like Netflix has picked up Roald Dahl’s The Twits children book to add to its movie catalogue in 2025.
It tells the story of The Twits (Mr. and Mrs. Twit), an old couple who pulls nasty pranks on each other to keep themselves entertained, which also involves their pet monkeys.
The film will be made as an animated film, director and co-produced by Phil Johnston, whose resume includes Zootopia and Wreck-It Ralph.
If you’re a fan of Dahl’s other adaptation films like Matilda and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, you will surely enjoy this wacky and whimsical piece!
