Baby elephant survived accident after receiving CPR from Thai rescue worker


A young calf was hit by a motorcycle and was wailing in pain on a dark, empty road in Thailand. Somehow, an off-duty rescue worker came to the… rescue.

The rescue worker, Mana Srivate, has resuscitated dozens of people in his career but he has never done so on an elephant.

According to Reuters, Srivate was called on while he was on a road trip and rushed to the scene to revive the poor baby elephant that was struck down by a motorcycle in the town of Chanthaburi, Thailand.
