Feeling alone? There’s a tiny planet floating by itself in space without a parent star.

Deep within the Milky Way galaxy, there’s a tiny lone planet that is floating aimlessly by itself.

It experiences neither day nor night and remains perpetually in darkness, wandering all by itself, devoid of contact with other gravitational siblings.

According to scientists, such a “rogue” planet is not the only one of its kind but it’s the smallest found so far. It’s smaller than Earth and has roughly a similar mass to Mars.
