Batman fans – brace yourself!
As filming for the latest Batman movie progresses, we are getting more photographs of the various actors and actresses in their movie avatars. The latest one is 44 year old Irish actor Colin Farrell as Penguin. The film is currently being filmed in Liverpool in the UK and photographs of Colin’s transformation into the character Penguin also known as Oswald Cobblepot have surfaced.
In the latest photographs that have surfaced of Farrell on the film set, he is seen with full make up and prosthetics. He is dressed in full character as Cobblepot aka the Penguin, wearing a purple shirt and suit; he is also seen carrying an umbrella.
Shooting for The Batman has been put on hold since March this year due to the Coronavirus pandemic and only resumed shooting in September. The film which was originally slated to release in June 2021, was delayed to an October 2021 and then further delayed. The film now has a current release date of March 4th 2022. Robert Pattinson who plays Batman was diagnosed with COVID 19 but has now returned to filming after making a recovery.
Photographs taken also show 31 year old Zoë Kravitz on set; she is playing the role of Catwoman also known as Selina Kyle. The gorgeous actress previously of X-men fame, looked trendy in a black trench coat, hat and lace up boots
