A long time love for K-drama fans – actor Park Seo Joon – could possibly be joining the MCU!

According to reports by Star News, the What’s Wrong With Secretary Kim? actor has been cast for the upcoming sequel to the 2019 film. The report further states that Park is set to jet off to the states in the second half of 2021. The actor is currently filming the thriller, Concrete Utopia (콘크리트 유토피아), with Lee Byung Hun and Park Bo Young.
His role in the upcoming MCU movie, however, remains a mystery. His agency, Awesome ENT, when asked for a comment, merely responded with: “No comment”.

His involvement wouldn’t be that much of a surprise as The Marvel’s director Nia Dacosta has expressed her affection for the actor, tweeting a photo of 32-year-old Park alongside the caption: “Drama Boyfriend”.

If true, Park will be the second South Korean actor to join the MCU, following Train To Busan actor Ma Dong Seok’s part in Marvel’s The Eternals. The Marvels is expected slated for release on the 11th of November 2022 and already features the impressive cast of Brie Larson, Teyonah Parris ( and Iman Vellani (Ms Marvel).
