T.I Promised To Be More Sensitive After Received Backlash Over ”Women Business”

Hmm, remember how fans went crazy last year upon learning that singer T.I keeps an uncomfortably close eye on his daughter’s hymen by taking her to a gynecologist every year to make sure she is.. you know.. *not* sexually active?

He admitted it during his time as guest star at the Ladies Like Us podcast. And if that wasn’t already awful enough, he saw no problem with his actions and said non-maidens are “no fun” because no one would want to be with her because of “all that work.” Uhhhh that’s pretty messed up, if you ask us.

Though, two months after suffering from backlash over backlash,  T.I. kinda-sorta issued an apology to Deyjah for his behavior, saying: “Please forgive me for any and all imperfections that cause misunderstandings between us…Charge my mind, not my heart. You see Life may throw us curve balls & deal us some pretty bad hands at times. But rest assured, you’ll NEVER find yourself in a place too high or low for me to be there to catch you when you fall. I just Can’t let another second go by without letting you know while we’re still here in this life together…You have ALL MY LOVE FOR ALL MY LIFE…& AFTER‼️”

Since then, T.I. has been making progress on how he handles his daughters’ feelings. According to his step daughter, Zonnique Pullins, he’s learning to be more thoughtful.

“He’s definitely just been learning with the girls on how to handle certain things and how to go about certain things when it comes to us,” Zonnique told Entertainment Tonight. “I feel like it’s a lot of stuff he didn’t realize when it comes to a young girl’s feelings. So I feel like now he’s a little bit more careful. He just goes about everything a little bit differently now, definitely. He’s more sensitive with everything.”

Speaking more explicitly about T.I. and Deyjah’s relationship post-controversy, Zonnique says that their relationship with each other has improved since comments last fall. Well.. good for them.
