Netflix is here to deliver the goods. And by goods, we mean yet-another binge-worthy flick that we’re sure to obsess over. Enter: I Care A Lot.
Much like ‘Amazing Amy’, the suspense-riddled film follows an unhinged protagonist who uses her sharp wit and intelligence to get what she wants. But this time, it involves the elderly, stolen property, an LGBTQ+ romance and, well, a giant vape.
A surprise to no one, starring in the lead role as the deceitful and cunning Marla Greyson is Rosamund Pike (Gone Girl, Pride And Prejudice) who clearly hasn’t forgotten how to master her infamous icy and unhinged stare.
Joining Rosamund Pike is up-and-comer Eiza González (Baby Driver, Fast And The Furious) as Marla’s literal partner-in-crime, Fran; Dianne Wiest (Edward Scissorhands) as their “cherry”, Jennifer Peterson; and Peter Dinklage (Game Of Thrones) as gangster Roman Lunyov. Thankfully, the release date isn’t too far away. Mark your calendars, I Care A Lot is set to hit Netflix on February 19, 2021.
