Hurt is a three-piece Depressive Black Metal project emerging from the mist-heavy emotional landscape of Bukittinggi, West Sumatra; a backdrop that has definitely aided in the making of their brutal sound.
Formed in 2021, the band operates in that familiar DSBM territory where feelings are not just felt but actively dragged through feedback, reverb, and vocal distortion until they start behaving less like emotions and more like weather systems.
