Looks like the Ocean’s franchise has a prequel in the works, and it stars none other than Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling as the leads! The project was announced in August 2022, with new reports citing that Robbie and Gosling will be playing the roles of the parents of Danny and Debbie Ocean, played by George Clooney and Sandra Bullock.
Robbie and Gosling previously worked together as Barbie and Ken in Greta Gerwig’s Barbie film.
Austin Powers director Jay Roach is reportedly hired as the prequel film’s director.
