Singapore will let clubs and pubs open with strict rules and regulations

The lockdown has put party animals into cages, but Singapore feels it’s safe enough to let them loose.

The city-state just announced that a pilot program would be carried out among a small number of bars, pubs, clubs, and karaoke lounges.
