A professional Valorant player from Singapore has been accused of match-fixing and betting on the opposing team to win money during a recent Riot Games-sanctioned tournament last year.

The incident allegedly took place during the Epulze Royal SEA Cup, which is an Ignition Series Event for the Southeast Asian region, featuring a US$25,000 prize pool. The player in question, germsg, was then playing for team Resurgence (now known as RSG).
