A COVID-19 vaccine being developed by Pfizer and Germany’s BioNTech has been found to be more than 90 percent effective.

Pfizer and BioNTech described it as a “great day for science and humanity”.
The vaccine has so far been tested on 43,500 people in 6 countries and no safety concerns have arisen. They are the first drugmakers to release successful data from a clinical trial of a COVID-19 vaccine.
