This Malaysian plus-sized pageant is losing sponsors because of religious controversy

Malaysian pageant, Miss Plus World Malaysia 2020 is facing an uncertain future due to Islamic political party, PAS.

PAS led organization, Yayasan Dakwah Islamiah Malaysia (YADIM) pushed for the Malaysian government to cancel the plus-sized oriented pageant scheduled to be held in January 2021.
