English actor Tim Curry, famous for playing Dr Frank-N-Furter in The Rocky Horror Picture Show, has died at the age of 80.
Curry passed away peacefully at his home in Toluca Lake, Los Angeles, on August 25, according to the BBC. His longtime manager and friend, Marcia Hurwitz, confirmed the news.
The actor suffered a major stroke in 2012, but continued to work in the entertainment industry in the years that followed.
He was also widely-known for his roles in IT, Clue, and Home Alone 2: Lost in New York, among others.
