WEVELGEM (Belgium): Dutch cyclist Lorena Wiebes won the women’s Gent-Wevelgem one-day classic for the second year running on Sunday, beating Italian rider Elisa Balsamo and her compatriot Charlotte Kool in a sprint at the end of the 169km race.
