Two women have accused writer Neil Gaiman of sexual assault.
Gaiman gained recognition as the author of DC Comics fantasy series The Sandman, which has been picked up by Netflix. His work explores religion, mythology, and magic, and is prevalent in his works American Gods and Good Omens.
One of the women, says she worked as a nanny to Gaiman’s son, and alleges that Gaiman sexually assaulted her in a bath. The other women, alleges that the author forced her to have rough and painful intercourse that “she neither wanted nor enjoyed.”
Gaiman strongly denies these accusations.
