Harry fans! Rejoice! The singer and former boy band-er has confirmed to make another grand entrance to the silver screen with Olivia Wilde’s next directional project called, Don’t Worry Darling.
It was reported that Harry will replace Shia LaBeouf, who had previously been attached to the project. But that’s not all this movie will also star some of the biggest ‘’It-girl’’ and ‘’It-boy’’ of Hollywood including Florence Pugh, Chris Pine, and Dakota Johnson. Okuuuur, sign us up already.
However, there isn’t much to know about Don’t Worry Darling or Harry’s role other than it’s a psycho-thriller set in the 1950’s. But according to Collider, the New Line movie will feature Florence as an “unhappy housewife who slowly begins to question her own sanity when she starts to notice strange occurrences in her small, utopian community in the California desert.” Harry will play her “picture perfect” husband, who “loves her dearly, but is hiding a dark secret from her.” Can you hear that? The sounds of fangirls screaming.
Don’t Worry Darling is slated to start production in the fall, though no information has been made public regarding a release date. Harry’s last project was Christopher Nolan’s Dunkirk three years ago, where his performance earned favorable reviews from fans and critics alike.
