
The education ministry says 17 of its 46 critically delayed projects under the 12th Malaysia Plan have been successfully completed.
The ministry said another 19 projects are in various stages of implementation, while 10 remain critically delayed.
Of the 19 projects, three are ahead of schedule, eight are on schedule, three are behind schedule, and five are being retendered, it said in a statement.
The ministry said it is monitoring the delayed projects and engaging regularly with all stakeholders, including state governments, local authorities, and utility providers, to resolve the delays.
“The ministry remains committed to ensuring that development projects are implemented effectively within the stipulated timeframe,” it said.
