
Earlier this week, disturbing reports disclosed a horrifying crime scene at a Kuala Lumpur palm oil plantation, whereby officials were informed of the presence of a charred female body. The authorities stated at the time that they believed the body had been set ablaze purposefully so as to conceal evidence.
The corpse was found on Tuesday morning (May 23) close to Kampung Sungai Lembing in Selangor. As thick smoke emerged from the area, residents grew aware of the awful tragedy. The body was identified the following evening.
NST reports that the deceased, a 21-year-old waitress, had been murdered following a dispute with her partner over his attempts to conceal her unplanned pregnancy, which regretfully turned fatal. The suspect, a 20-year-old individual who had recently completed his studies at a regional higher education institution, has been taken into custody by the police.
