41 y/o Melaka Man Fined RM3100 For Hurling Pack Of Urine Into Neighbour’s Home Over Football Dispute

The Magistrate’s Court in Melaka has fined a 41-year-old man from Melaka Tengah, RM3,100 after he flung a bag of urine and a container of black oil at his neighbor’s home.

It was reported that his actions were a result of dissatisfaction following a football-related issue.

According to the allegations, the accused was found to have hurled a pack of liquids, thought to be urine, towards his neighbor’s home in effort to arouse their ire and disrupt their peace on the morning of October 18 this year.

Mohd. Nazri Nazaruddin, the defendant, was sentenced by Magistrate Sharda Shienha Mohd. Suleiman after he pleaded guilty to both of the charges that were read to him.

He was charged pursuant to Section 14 of the Minor Offenses Act of 1955 for the first infraction, which is punishable with a fine of up to RM100.
