Famed Friends actor Matthew Perry were mourned by many globally when he passed away in 2023.
According to the US Attorney’s Office, five individuals have been charged in connection with his death.
The charges come after investigators say they uncovered an underground network of drug sellers and suppliers they allege are responsible for distributing the ketamine, a potentially deadly drug, that killed Perry. The defendants include two doctors, Perry’s live-in personal assistant and a person referred to by authorities as “The Ketamine Queen.”
Perry was found dead in a hot tub at his Los Angeles home at the age 54. He was best-known for his portrayal of Chandler Bing in hit sitcom Friends.
