

The most recent update from today’s three-way meeting between Yang di-Pertuan Agong, Sultan Abdullah Sultan Ahmad Shah, Pakatan Harapan leader Anwar Ibrahim and Perikatan Nasional chairman Muhyiddin Yasin saw Anwar telling reporters that for now, no decision has been reached regarding the official election of the 10th Malaysian Prime Minister.
The politician has advised the public to await the Agong’s decision. He was quoted as saying, “There’s still a vacancy, and applications are open” when asked about the prime minister’s post.
Earlier today, Yang di-Pertuan Agong, Sultan Abdullah Sultan Ahmad Shah called for the meeting which took place at 4.30 p.m.
