This Singaporean dying mum’s last wish was to watch her son get married. It came true.
On this year’s most popular wedding date yet – 10/10/2020, Ng Yuet Hay, who has stage four pancreatic cancer got to watch her son get married.
Ng was diagnosed with terminal cancer in July 2020 and because of this her son, Chia Fu Yong, rushed his wedding plans so that his mother could witness his wedding ceremony.
“I was afraid she wouldn’t be able to see me wed. It’s very hard to say how long she has left,” he said.
