Entertainment Tonight confirms the Because Of You singer will have to for out $301,000 in spousal support and the remaining $135,000 for child support for the two children they share.

It came as a shock to fans when Clarkson revealed she initially filed for divorce from Blackstock in June after six years of marriage. At the time of the filing, they both had agreed to a joint legal and physical custody of their kids. But things took a turn for the worse, according to new court documents obtained by ET, claim that the former couple has been struggling to come to a mutual agreement about their children amid their divorce.
