A man running for governor in Japan’s Chiba prefecture is making waves on social media for his outwardly ‘Joker’-esque appearance.
Though it’s not confirmed he was indeed, emulating the Batman villain (or anti-hero of sorts), as Kotaku points out, it’s close enough.
