Additional BUDI95 petrol for e-hailing drivers to be given in phases

The additional allocation of subsidised RON95 petrol for e-hailing drivers will be activated in the middle of each month.

The additional allocation of subsidised RON95 petrol for e-hailing drivers under the BUDI95 initiative will be done in phases based on the total distance travelled in the previous month.

In a statement, the finance ministry said the additional allocation would be activated in the middle of each month.

E-hailing drivers who travelled less than 2,000km the previous month would not be given any additional allocation on top of the 300 litres they received.

But those who travelled between 2,000km and 5,000km will get an additional 300 litres of RON95, making them eligible for a total of 600 litres of subsidised petrol.

Meanwhile, those who travelled over 5,000km will get an additional 500 litres, which means they get a total of 800 litres under BUDI95.
