Another school gang rape reported, 4 nabbed
Four teenagers, including three from a school in Baling, have been arrested for suspected gang rape and the circulation of pornographic content on social media.
Acting Baling police chief Ahmad Salimi Mat Ali said the authorities received a report from a 53-year-old man on Sunday, who was informed that a video showing his child in the nude had gone viral, Berita Harian reported.
Three students and a former student were arrested at 9.30pm the same day to facilitate investigations.
“We found that the four suspects were involved in group sex between May and August at several locations in the classrooms of the school in question,” Salimi said.
The four teenagers were remanded for five days from the day of their arrest. Police also seized six handphones.
