A man who tried to break into Hollywood star Anya Taylor-Joy’s London home has been sentenced to prison. Kirk Holdrick, 43, was one of two masked intruders who forced their way into the mansion, in what may have been a targeted attempt, according to Wood Green Crown Court.
Holdrick had already been sentenced to 12 years in November for a separate robbery in Dorset, where a mother and daughter were threatened. He received an extra three years after admitting to the burglary at Taylor-Joy’s home.
Originally from Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, Holdrick was described in court as a long-time offender with a criminal record stretching back to his teenage years.
