DBKL Raids A Popular Arab Restaurant Offering In-Car Dining & Shisha Experience



“Compounds were issued for the offence of UUK Advertising 1982 5(1) – displaying an advertisement without a license from the Mayor of Kuala Lumpur. While on behalf of MOH, Food Act 1983 12(1)(b) – allow people to smoke on the premises and provide cigarette dust containers on the premises,” DBKL said.

According to the city council, they also issued compounds for not maintaining oil traps in the kitchen space and for carrying out activities other than preparing food (shisha).
