Dr Noor Hisham Warns Of ‘Vertical Surge’ As Malaysia Records 7,289 New COVID-19 Cases



The Ministry of Health (MOH) posted in a Twitter update that Selangor reported 2,642 new cases today, the highest among states and federal territories across the country.

This was followed by Johor with 664 new infections, and Kuala Lumpur with 604.

This also marks the seventh consecutive day of the country detecting over 6,000 new daily cases.

Malaysia’s total COVID-19 cases now stands at 525,889.
