FBI Thanks M’sia For Arrest Of Bangladeshi In Exploitation Case

A Bangladeshi man wanted by US authorities for allegedly running an international child sexual exploitation network has been extradited from Malaysia to the United States.

The suspect, 28-year-old Zobaidul Amin, had been on the radar of the US Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) since 2022. According to FBI director Kash Patel, Amin was arrested with the assistance of Malaysian authorities before being flown from Malaysia to Alaska on Thursday night.

He is expected to face multiple charges in Alaska tied to operating what investigators describe as an international child sexual exploitation enterprise.
