Looks like neither Jimmy Kimmel nor John Mulaney will be hosting the next Oscar’s. Both the talk show host and the comedian has passed on the opportunity to host one of Hollywood’s most prestigious award ceremony.
Kimmel, the star of Jimmy Kimmel Live! has hosted the Oscars four times throughout his career, and has hosted the Primetime Emmy Awards three times.
Mulaney has hosted the 2024 Governors Awards in January, and has presented at the Academy Awards. Fans have also applauded his acting in award-winning series The Bear, in a role that goes beyond comedy.
The Oscars are still looking for their perfect host.
