Malaysians Come Together To Hand Out Over 40K Meals With Uncle Malkith At GSPJ For Flood Victims

Thousands of Malaysians have been taking action to lend a helping hand in assisting the flood victims by showing up to the Gurudwara Sahib Petaling Jaya (GSPJ), that has been organising the massive relief effort since Sunday, 19 December.

JUICE spoke to SAYS Writer, Sadho Ram, who has been shadowing the initiative.

The Gurudwara kitchen has sent out over 40,000 free meals, not including the rations and other daily products such as sanitary pads, detergent, toiletries, baby formula, and other emergency essentials.

Malaysians of all sorts are pulling through to help out, regardless of race, age and gender.

The way Malaysians have come together to prepare meals for the stranded victims has inspired a massive outpouring of support online.
