Marisa Abela, known for her role in Industry and also had a brief role in the billion-hit Barbie, has made her debut as the late icon Amy Winehouse in the biopic trailer for Back to Black.
Directed by Sam Taylor-Johnson (Nowhere Boy, Fifty Shades of Grey), Back to Black captures Winehouse’s rise to fame and the price that comes with it. Jack O’Connell (Skins) stars as Blake Fielder-Civil, Winehouse’s husband.
The film is aimed to be released in the middle of this year. In the meantime, check out the trailer below!
