PM Ismail Sabri Says That He Should’ve Fired 12 PN MPs, But He Won’t Because He Is “Nice And Gentle”
Caretaker Prime Minister Ismail Sabri made a statement yesterday saying that he should’ve laid off 12 Perikatan Nasional (PN) ministers.
Reason being, they sent a letter to the Yang Di-Pertuan Agong Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah opposing the dissolution of parliament.
“I brought up the issue to the cabinet twice. Of course, there would be different views on the matter but I brought it up so that they would know my intention.
“I informed the Yang Di-Pertuan Agong there were 12 ministers who had written a letter to His Majesty requesting that Parliament not be dissolved,” the PM said.
“It is my mistake. I should have sacked them all, but I won’t do that because I am nice and a gentle person,” Ismail Sabri said, according to NST.
