Sarah Yasmine, 25, who previously claimed to be the paramour of Singaporean actor and singer Aliff Aziz, is demanding SGD250,000 (approximately RM832,000) in damages, reported the New Straits Times.
She alleges that Aliff wrongfully filed a claim under Singapore’s Protection from Harassment Act (POHA) against her last year.
The content creator asserted that the legal action was baseless, especially after Aliff recently pleaded guilty to khalwat (close proximity) charges involving Malaysian actress Ruhainies on 21 February.
Sarah, who is also from Singapore, uploaded a letter of demand against Aliff on Instagram, claiming that his guilty plea proved that all her previous statements were true
