GSTAAD, (Switzerland): Argentina’s Juan Manuel Cerundolo swept the final six games to complete a 6-2, 1-6, 6-3 upset of top-seeded Casper Ruud of Norway on Friday at the EFG Swiss Open Gstaad in Switzerland.
