TOKYO: Erriyon Knighton’s agent labelled the American sprinter’s four-year ban for an Anti-Doping Rule Violation as a ‘travesty’ after the Court of Arbitration for Sport partially upheld appeals by World Athletics and the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA).
