In today’s stomach-turning news, an 18-meter-long tapeworm was removed from the guts of a 67-year-old man in Thailand.

The man had been complaining of stomach pain and severe flatulence, and upon providing a stool sample to a doctor in the Isaan province in Nong Khai, found out that his stools contained plenty of tapeworm eggs.
