Based on details provided by MOH, the man from Kedah, aged 46, had a background of diabetes, heart, and kidney diseases. While the man from Sabah, aged 70, was a final stage cancer patient.
The 40-year-old man first experienced symptoms associated with COVID-19 on 21 September. He then started having breathing difficulties and was brought to the Emergency Department of the Sultanah Bahiyah Hospital (HSB) in Alor Setar for treatment on 28 September.
