21 diseases get turned into devilishly stylish anime villains by Taiwan CDC
In an effort to raise awareness of infectious diseases, including COVID-19, Taiwan’s Centers for Disease Control (CDC) collaborated with some extremely talented illustrators to personify some of the most common diseases in human history.
Of course, the illustrations make the diseases look like rather stylish anime villains. Almost too stylish and attractive for their own good. Combine that with magazine cover-style ‘shoots’, and you’ve got a winning formula.
