A Pretty Little Liars reboot is in the works from Riverdale creator Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa.
The new reboot is currently in early stages of development at Warner Bros. Television, Variety has confirmed.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Warner Bros. TV wants to revive the franchise with all new characters and story. However, it’s unclear if original creator I. Marlene King will be writing the script.
No network is attached yet, but HBO Max might be the most possible destination.
The original series was released on ABC Family in 2010 and aired for six seasons. PLL tried to launch two spinoffs – Pretty Little Liars: Ravenswood and Pretty Little Liars: The Perfectionists, but both only managed to air for one season.
