Prominent Malaysian opposition leader Anwar Ibrahim met with the King today, October 13, at Istana Negara (the Royal Palace) to discuss matters pertaining to the formation of a new government in Malaysia.
The meeting had barely lasted an hour before he left the Palace, with the People’s Justice Party (PKR) leader’s spokesperson announcing that a press conference would be taking place at 2 p.m. local time.
