Buyers To Expect Delay In Deliveries As Shopee Temporarily Closes Shah Alam Warehouse
In a statement on Saturday, 10 July, Shopee said as Shah Alam is under EMCO, the company has to implement additional standard operating procedures (SOPs) at the warehouse as suggested by the Ministry of Health (MOH).
They also clarified that the Shopee platform will be operating as usual and deliveries made by Shopee Express and all their other delivery partners will not be affected.
However, they mentioned that some delays may occur for deliveries from their Shah Alam warehouse.
