Coming 2 America Has Biggest Streaming Movie Debut During Pandemic, According to Amazon
The biggest movie of 2021 so far is Coming 2 America. At least according to Amazon, which premiered the movie on its Amazon Prime streaming platform.
Although official numbers haven’t been released by Amazon, the streamer has claimed that the long-awaited Eddie Murphy sequel drew the largest weekend debut viewership of any streaming movie in the past 12 months of the pandemic. Amazon cited research firm Screen Engine/ASI in its statement.
