Fans have grappling on the fact that this week’s episode of Riverdale is the last time we will see the gang as teenagers before we jump ahead seven years into the future! I don’t think we’re ready for this. Next week, Archie, Betty, Veronica, and Jughead will be adults and apparently no longer dating. Sorry all Varchie and Bughead stans, but there are rumors that Jughead will be heading back to Riverdale with a certain new arm candy, and some fans can’t help but think the certain girl might be played by none other than actress Nina Dobrev.
Fans begin speculating back in November, when Nina posted some photos with the cast of Riverdale, namely the trio Camila Mendes, Madelaine Petsch, and Lili Reinhart. The actress also added a location tag to the photo, showing that the pics were taken in Vancouver, British Columbia, which is where Riverdale is filmed.

Also it’s not far fetched to come u to that conclusion if all we see is Nina posing up a storm with the casts right? Well the actress made it very obvious she’s been hanging out with the star-studded crew, so naturally fans couldn’t help but draw to that one conclusion.
However it’s safe to say these speculations of The Vampire Diaries actress guest starring has only made fans more excited for season 5, which has been delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The final season of the show has been given an early 2021 start date! So anytime now!
