Demi Lovato is back on the silver screen as the singer and actress is getting her very own show once again!
After almost 10 years since the cancellation of her Disney Channel’s Sonny With a Chance show, the music superstar is no back leading a new comedy on NBC. With an interesting name to follow, the new show called Hungry and according to Variety, it follows friends in a food issues group “as they help each other look for love, success and the perfect thing in the fridge that’s going to make it all better.”Â

The Skyscraper singer will executive produce and star in the series. Lovato has been slowly but sure dipping her feet back into the acting pool, her first short debut was when she guest starred in Will & Grace revival last year as Will’s (Eric McCormack) surrogate.

This isn’t the singer’s first time opening up about her past struggles with and recovering from bulimia. As many fans off the songstress would know that she did seek treatment for her eating disorder during a 2010 rehab and has spoken publicly about her relapses as well.
