BLACKPINK’s ”Kill This Love” Records 1.2 Billion Views On YouTube

Yas Kweens! Looks like Jisoo, Jennie, Rose and Lisa, have yet another reason to celebrate big this year because they just broke another YouTube record. Yup, their famous ‘’Kill This Love’’ has garnered over 1.2 Billion views on the streaming site.

As reported by South Korean entertainment portal ‘’Soompi’’, BlackPink is the first K-Pop group with two music videos that succeeded with more than 1.2 billion views—with the other being the music video of their catchy 2018 song Ddu-Du Ddu-Du, sitting pretty with over 1.4 billion views on YouTube.

Not only that, they also broke their own record as the fastest K-Pop group to get over a billion views for its music video in less than a year. Kill This Love music video was uploaded on YouTube on April 4, 2019. The girls are currently the most subscribed female pop act, music group, and Asian act with over 57 million subscribers on YouTube.
