Can Someone Look At Us The Way Billie Eilish & Harry Styles Looked At Each Other

today16 March 2021

The biggest night of the year in music (although, some may argue otherwise *ahem*) has drawn to a close and we’ve seen some of the most talked-about artists of 2020 – Meghan Thee Stallion, Taylor Swift, John Legend – walk away with Grammy awards. And while everyone’s talking about how Blue Ivy is the second youngest person of all time to win a Grammy and about the many, many jaw-dropping performances, I want to highlight ONE IMPORTANT INTERACTION at the 63rd Grammy Awards.

And that’s between our queen Billie Eilish and the iconic Harry Styles. Now, while a shirtless, leather-clad, boa-wrapped Harry Styles got the show started, we’re blessed with a very honest reaction to his performance. LOOK AT HER ADORING SMILE AND CUTE LIL BOPS –

The adorkable-ness doesn’t stop there! After Style’s sultry, boa-flinging performance, it was time for Eilih to take the stage. Accompanied by her brother Finneas, the duo took to the stage to perform her award-winning song “everything i wanted”. The camera pans to show Styles’ reaction to her performance and NOW IT’S HARRY’S TURN TO BOP ALONG AND I –

Praise the videographers at the Grammys because, at the end of the performance, Styles is seen again supporting the 19-year-old by clapping and whistling appreciatively.

We’re not the only ones in love with the stars support for each other, as twitter flooded with reactions to the pair:

Plus this moment where Harry Styles and Billie Eilish share both an elbow bump and a back-bending hug!!!

Is there much else to say other than, “PLEASE GET ME A FRIENDSHIP LIKE THIS ASAP!!!”

BUT WAIT, THERE’S MORE! As if to prove that she’s honestly got the best reactions at award shows (remember how she went viral for saying “Please don’t be me” at last years Grammys?), this time both her and her brother Finneas are *literally* taken aback upon hearing Billie won ‘Record of The Year’ for “everything i wanted”.

Billie also took home a Grammy for “No Time to Die” under the ‘Best Song Written for Visual Media’ category while Styles was given a golden trophy for ‘Best Pop Solo Performance’ for “Watermelon Sugar”.
