
While dressed in an edgy cheerleader outfit a superbike by her side, Miley Cyrus performed a little thing called the Super Bowl that featured a host of huge names. Among those performing was of course was rock star Miley who took to the stage at the TikTok Tailgate Super Bowl pre-game show to belt out her hits Edge of Midnight, We can’t Stop, Prisoner as well as some old fan faves including, Party in the U.S.A and The Climb, but it was her performance of Wrecking Ball that really got fans talking.

Fans did not waste any time and jumped on social media to shower the singer with tons of love for her performances, especially during Miley’s Wrecking Ball set, they noticed at one point she teared up as she sand through the painful ballad.
“It never gets easier,” Miley said before continuing to sing.

The singer however did explained what happened to the audience at the event following the song. According to People magazine she said “Singing that song, Wrecking Ball, about feeling completely broken and shattered…everyone suffering is different, even everyone’s threshold of pain,” she said. “I wear a lot of glitter and I wear a lot of armor and I also wear my heart on my sleeve, and it gets broken a lot.”

I mean, we’ve all been there, heartbreak is not easy to move on from.
